I'm starting to feel it a bit ...

I think all of the changes coming up for me are finally starting to sink in. The last couple of days, I think I've really started to realize how different my life is about to become. Everything I know is about to change. In less than two weeks, I'll be living in a new state with no job to speak of. I haven't been without a job since 1992. The more I think about it, the weirder it sounds. I'm not doubting my decision at all - I still believe it to be the right one, just grasping the realities of it. I've got five days left at work and then it'll be time to get a move on to Ohio. There are a few people I would have liked to see before time to move, but I know everyone has their own things going on, so maybe I'll be able to catch up with them the next time I come down to Texas to visit.
